Distribution : Ahyong & Galil (2006) - French Polynesia, Austral Is., East of Rapa, 900-1300 m

Remarks : Most similar to P. ceratus (Alcock, 1894) from Indonesia and Andaman sea. Major chelae are missing on the single known specimen.
