Distribution : Komai & Osawa (2006: 102) - "Ryukyu Islands, Izu Islands, Taiwan, Guam. Society Islands, Tuamotu Archipelago and Maldives (Fig. 48); subtidal to 8 m. This new species appears to be widely distributed in the Indo-West Pacific."
