Distribution : Chan & Crosnier (1987); Burukovsky (1990) - World-wide tropical and subtropical seas; with certainty Atlantic, French Antilles to western Africa, Indo-West Pacific, from Madagascar, Réunion, Seychelles, Kiribati, French Polynesia, southeaster Pacific; Seamounts Sala y Gòmez and south-western part of Nazca ridge, ct 1951, 25°38' S - 86°34' W; 400 m; and Southeast of Easter Island, 35°56' S - 100°41' W). - Deep (300-1140 m).
