Regional Records: Actaea calculosa - Odhner, 1925: 52 (Tahiti). - Forest & Guinot, 1962: 64 (Biogeography "Tahiti-Tuamotu"). - Poupin, 1996a: 42, 77 (Checklist). - Remark: Odhner mentions a Tahitian specimen in the collections of Hamburg. However, Guinot (1976: 215-216) states that most of the references to Actaea calculosa, especially Odhner (1925: 52), must be re-examined.
